THE BLADED HAND
The Bladed Hand is in it’s final stages of production before it is released. The premire is planned to be held in Manila in August of this year. Dan Inosanto, Diana Lee Inosanto, Remy Presas Jr and Ron Balicki are among some of the Instructors in the film. The documetary will cover many styles and systems of Kali, Eskrima and Arnis. History, Technique and Culture will all be part of this documetary. The film was shoot here in the U.S. as while as the Phillipines.

Ron was in Las Vegas to conduct demo’s for Cold Steel Knives. He came in a day before to do a seminar on Kali/Silat at the Summerlin Gardens Park. I have not seen Ron in almost 11 years and it was great to reconnect with and old friend and comrade in the arts. Both of us come from the same linage in our Kali/JKD training as well as the windy city of Chicago. Ron is an outstanding instructor and I’m sure Mr I is proud of his son in law and daughter for keeping FMA alive and well. I wish him and his lovely wife Diana, the very best and continued success in all the ventures life has to offer.
The Kali/Jkd seminar in Munster Indiana was a group of many friends and years past students. Some in attendance trained with me back 20 and 30 years ago. I would like to thank all that came out and showed support, it is most appreciated. Special thanks to Ron Kasak and Dan Kocsis for hosting event.
